We are looking for an organized, responsible, and motivated person to join our team as an office manager assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Quick books.
They must also be able to answer phones and take messages, have basic bookkeeping skills (multiplication/addition) and basic writing skills (writing letters).
The candidate should also have good communications skills, be eligible to work in the United States and work the hours listed below: Sundays 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Our office is located near Flushing or Kew Garden Hills area; therefore, candidates must live close by so that they can easily commute from home to work every day. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is Required.
