Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain an efficient workflow within the office, managing special projects and coordinating with diverse team members.

- Order and manage office supplies, handle invoices, and maintain robust relationships with vendors.

- Liaise with building management, cleaning crews, etc. to ensure operational excellence.

- Ensure a professional atmosphere in common office areas, which includes tidying up spaces and managing the cleanliness of facilities.

- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely management and accuracy.

- Manage comprehensive accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance and project accounting.

- Organize staff meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate catering and reminders for office events.

- Multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in office management or operational support.

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong ability to take initiative, coordinate with various team members, and execute responsibilities in a confidential and dynamic setting.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are crucial.

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, set priorities, and maintain accuracy in a cooperative yet independent manner.

- Basic accounting skills with proficiency in QuickBooks.

- Familiarity with Notion workspace.

- General accounting knowledge

- Experience with Human Resources a + but not a requirement
