About Us:
We are a small but well-established HVAC business dedicated to providing excellent service looking for a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Office Assistant/Dispatcher to join our team. We are willing to train the right candidate, though experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls, text messages, and emails with a positive attitude and energetic work ethic
Scheduling jobs, dispatching technicians, and manage calendar
Data entry, invoicing, and follow-ups
Filing rebate applications and warranty registration
Assisting with general administrative tasks such as document management and office organization
Handling supply inventory and ordering as needed
Providing support to the techs in the field as required
Qualifications:
Highly organized with excellent communication and computer skills
Strong attention to detail (very important)
Fluent in English and Spanish
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required
Job Details:
Full-time position: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Queens residents preferred
