We are a private career school of professional instructional training to aspiring home health care (HHA) professionals and we are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish /English) Office Assistant for our Queens Location.
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
Must have HS Diploma/ or GED
Computer Skills /Office Experience/ MS Office/ PDF
Strong attention to details and good follow up skills
Multitask/ Customer Serv/ Mature individual with exceptional communication skills.
A MUSTMaintain punctuality and regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, completing students enrollment, processing payments, maintaining students electronic files, scanning/ uploading, and assisting with various office task/duties.
Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
