Small/Medium size Construction & Cleaning Company located in queens is seeking EXPERIENCED secretary
Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, dependable & punctual.

General office work, accounts payable/receivable, billing, EXPERIENCED with QUICKBOOKS
Skills Required:
MUST BE PROFESSIONAL/EXPERIENCED LEVEL IN THE FOLLOIWNG: Microsoft word, excel, outlook, QuickBooks, accounts payable/receivable
Job Description:
Assistant will be responsible for day to day assisting office manager and partners running of office
Knowledge of construction or previous experience working in a contractor office is a plus
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Must have previous CONTRACTOR OFFICE EXPERIENCE
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Filing papers, being organized,
Job monitoring (day to day log of workers and job sheets)
QuickBooks experience is a MUST
Able to type a minimum of 40 WPM
Computer knowledge and have knowledge of applicable software Excellent customer service skills both written and verbally
Ability to answer multiple lines and direct calls to necessary departments
Perform clerical duties involved in the preparation and process of invoices, change orders, estimates, submittals
Coordinate corrective action on incomplete or incorrect time cards with Foreman, Supervisors
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
Driver’s license to drive company auto when needed for running day to day operations for company
If you have marketing experience that is a great qualification to assist office with social media & marketing
