Responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan business and personal travel arrangements
Maintain and manage heavy calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
Assist with personal care activities
Meeting planning, preparation, oversight, and logistics execution
Handle highly confidential information with discretion
Develop strong understanding of team goals and align work to support those goals in collaboration with colleagues
Balance multiple priorities, adjust as needed, and achieve desired outcomes
Foresee,, and address potential issues, and they arise for office admin work and scheduling
Listen to the needs of Executive , respond and adapt, and build relationship of trust
General upkeep of Executive office and home space
Compensation/Benefits:
Competitive $24-$32 per hour (Base Salary) depending on experience + additional weekly bonus

Resourceful
Proven ability to multitask and deliver under pressure
Meticulous and calm professional demeanor
