Billion-Dollar Private Equity Firm is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Executive Assistant to support its Managing Partner, who is AMAZING! Candidates must have a minimum of 5-10+ years of applicable high-level executive administrative experience, ideally supporting a C-level executive within financial services, and a Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideal candidates should be extremely personable, polished, professional, organized, detail-oriented, and possess a team-player mentality. Salary depends on experience (135-160k base), plus generous discretionary bonus eligibility. 100% paid company benefits, 401k match, 4 weeks’ vacation, free lunch, etc.
Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm. 5 days/week in office. Downtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive administrative support to the Managing Partner with additional support for another Partner and a Principal.
Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, conference/video calls, and appointments; create agendas and prepare and distribute meeting materials; manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars.
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, including flights, hotel accommodations, car services/ground transportation, dining reservations, etc.
Prepare, process, and submit expense reports.
Assist with personal administrative duties and ad hoc projects as necessary.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10+ years of applicable high-level executive administrative experience, ideally supporting a C-level executive within financial services.
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Extremely personable and polished.
Very organized; detail oriented.
Possesses a team-player mentality.
