Our client, a top-tier investment firm, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a dynamic team of 5-6 professionals, including Junior Partners, Managing Directors, and Vice Presidents. This is a high-priority hire due to the upcoming departure of a long-tenured EA who has been a valued, low-ego, and incredibly reliable team member since 2016. This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who wants to be part of a best-in-class team supporting a highly respected and collegial group of leaders.Hours are 9/9:30-6/6:30pm, requiring Monday-Thursday on-site with Fridays remote.
