We are seeking a motivated, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant for an HVAC/Construction company in Chelsea. This is a flexible position, with both full-time and part-time options available. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Typing proposals, purchase orders (PO’s), and change orders (CO’s)
- Managing proposals, estimates, and bid documents
- Tracking and processing vendor and subcontractor bills
- Communicating via email and phone with jobs and vendors
- Maintaining an organized filing system
- Managing QuickBooks and handling payroll processing
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Highly motivated and reliable
- Experience with QuickBooks (must)
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
