Position: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
️ Provide administrative support to project managers and office staff
️ Manage emails, scheduling, and document organization
️ Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and tracking project expenses
️ Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients professionally
️ Maintain project files, contracts, and compliance documentation
️ Assist with permit applications and other construction-related paperwork
️ Perform general office tasks such as data entry, ordering supplies, and handling phone calls
Requirements:
✅ 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PDF management (editing, organizing, and reviewing documents)
✅ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
✅ Experience working with project management software
✅ Estimating experience is a plus (ability to assist with quantity take-offs and pricing)
✅ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
✅ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
✅ Must be reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
