Looking for a highly motivated, organized, reliable individual to join our General Constructing Company. This position is to assist in a fast-paced office with all clerical and operational responsibilities. Prior experience in construction helpful. Must be computer savvy and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior Experience in Quick Books also required.
Responsibilities include assisting in:
Providing follow up of existing projects daily
Filing and organizing paperwork for current projects including managing calendars
Data Entry and knowledge of working spreadsheets
Answer emails and communicate by phone either incoming/outgoing calls
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Working well with others as well as staff
Strong written and verbal skills
