I seek legal writers with extensive experience in State and Federal litigation, especially civil cases, particularly foreclosure actions. I prefer Attorneys who are resourceful in legal research and writing in State and Federal litigations and have a Westlaw subscription. I will pay a flat fee based on the assignment.
