A not-for-profit organization (501(C)(3)) is looking for attorneys with good general practice knowledge and experience who can handle cases in state and federal court.
We prefer attorneys with experience in landlord and tenant cases, breach of contract, foreclosure, immigration, family law, etc. - general civil matters, with the occasional criminal matter. In addition to litigation skill, we seek candidates who excel at research and writing.
This position suits attorneys both new in the legal field or later in their career, but brand new or vastly experienced, attorneys who are passionate about helping people. New attorneys can grow by working with an experienced practitioners; seasoned attorneys - even well-seasoned senior attorneys, in the later years of their career, can bring us the benefits of many years of practice.
