Start up law firm looking to hire the first lawyer to run an activist practice on representing in a very focused manner a small number of hedge funds in proxy campaigns, books and record demands, and derivative litigation.
The ideal hire has
- 1-5 years of experience
- Is a self-starter
- Proficient in negotiations
- Interested in working in an entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience but include substantial success based pay.
