Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct client scheduling and intakes
Draft immigration forms and prepare evidence submission packages.
Communicating with clients, completing USCIS applications including Asylum, Work Authorization, Adjustment of Status, Cancellation of Removal, preparing Waiver Applications, processing various immigration applications, including I-601, I-601As, I-589, E-42B, VAWA, etc., and filings with the immigration court, Exhibit and Witness Lists, Motions to Reopen, Briefs in Support of applications, and writing Affidavits, Assist clients and attorney with the collection of key evidentiary documents in support of the case, etc.
Provide clients with case status updates.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Spanish and English
Must have a minimum of 2 years prior experience working in an immigration law firm
