LIVE-IN SUPERINTENDENT FOR 42 UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING IN WASHINGTON HEIGHTS
Salary plus 2 br apartment
Responsibilities Include:
Clean and mop lobby daily.
Clean floors
Clean all stairwell and hallway windows and sills, once per week.
Sweep daily building entranceways and sidewalks
Remove all snow and ice
Clear debris from roof and yard drains as needed
Report any defects to the managing agent immediately upon discovery.
Sort and package recyclable garbage in accordance with city recycling guidelines.
Keep the recycling area clean.
Compact trash and place outside for pick up by Sanitation Department.
Must have experience as super in residential apartment building in NYC.
