Property management company is looking for a superintendent. This is NOT a live-in position.
Required skills / responsibilities
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Garbage removal, snow removal
- Cleaning interior common areas and building exterior
- Drywall, Painting, etc
You must have your own vehicle and a valid Driver's License on day 1. You will be reimbursed for gas.
You must have all your own tools.
You must have a working smart phone and authorization to work in the US
Experience with property management app (Yardi, Buildium, AppFolio, etc.) preferred but not required.
You must be willing to undergo a background check.
