Hours 8:30-5:00
5-7 years of professional work experience in benefits
Must be able to work on Open Enrollments
Leave management, workers compensation and HRIS benefits database including Paycom
Must have MS Office
Knowledgeable in Federal regulations regarding FMLA, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA and NYS PFL.
SHRM Credentialed a plus
Salary $35 - 42/hr
