HR Generalist/ Talent Acquisition Specialist Hiring ASAP
9-5 Monday through Friday
Hybrid role - 3 days in office/home
Will supply laptop
Salary $40-$42
Help to implement new hire orientation and employee engagement events throughout the calendar year.
Assist with the management of the company's Leave (ADP/ Personal), Accommodation and Benefits programs.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner with people leaders to develop and implement solutions
Manage employee relations and provide support to people leaders in resolution of issues, including conducting investigations, coaching, counselling, and recommendations on appropriate actions.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years HR experience working as an HR generalist
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, Dayforce systems.
Someone who has worked with Union employees
