Overview:
We are a Multi specialty Dental office, and are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual specializing in Scheduling and Treatment Coordinating. Expected to have minimum 4 years experience. Must be proficient in Government and PPO insurances. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Skillsets and Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of Previous experience in scheduling and treatment coordinating
Extremely High level of customer service and excellent phone skills
Ability to Same Day schedule if falls apart
Spanish speaking
Explain treatment plans to patients, including procedures, costs, and insurance coverage
Schedule appointments for patients based on their treatment plans, and ensure timely completion of treatments.

Starting Base $24
Monthly Profit Sharing and Commission: $26+ when factor profit sharing and reaching target goals
Paid Training 2 weeks, $20-21 based upon skill set and ability to transition into the practice:
