We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual English/Spanish Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in welcoming new patients to our practice, guiding them through the treatment process, and ensuring they have a positive and caring experience.
Responsibilities:
-Reach out to new patients via phone in both English and Spanish to introduce our practice, services, and treatment options.
-Engage patients in a consultative manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns in both languages.
-Provide detailed information about financial options in a bilingual fashion.
-Collaborate with clinical staff to schedule appointments that meet both the patient's needs and our practice's availability.
-Utilize strong sales skills to effectively present treatment options and overcome objections, both in English and Spanish.
-Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating empathy and a patient-centric approach in both languages.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
-Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
-Empathetic and caring approach to patient interactions.
-Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
