Responsibilities include:
Treatment planning and case presentation to patients
Insurance claim submission & follow-up
Financial planning with patients
Preventative care and treatment recall
Coordination of third party financing for patients ie care credit
Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections, and receivables.
