Antica Pesa is a fine dining international restaurant group originating in 1922 with locations in Rome and New York. Our New York location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is in need of a server & bartender with the following requirements:
- knowledge of Italian language, cuisine and wine (+ cocktails for bartender)
- mixology experience and ability to create new signature cocktails (for bartender)
- background of European table service
- experience in a busy fine dining restaurant where expectations of guests are high
- ability to multi-task and handle multiple guests at once while keeping calm and poised
- a professional, personable and friendly demeanor
- available to work in the evenings, including weekends (we are only open for dinner service and not lunch or brunch)
- someone who wants to learn and grow with a reputable company
