We are a Northern Italian fine dining restaurant looking for one captain, one server, and 2 busser/runners.
Our clientele consists of the country’s business elite (CEOs and c-level executives), as well as the crème de la crème of NY society and philanthropy, museum directors and gallery owners, thought leaders, successful artists, and neighborhood regulars.
For the captain and server positions, we require
- minimum 3 years experience at a fine dining restaurant (NYT 3 star or Michelin rated)
- solid knowledge of fine dining culinary techniques; a plus if you know Italian fine dining cuisine and wine
- attention to detail and perfectionist tendency
- ability to follow instructions without supervision
- excellent, positive attitude, must love hospitality
- dynamic energy
- Excellent communication skills in English
For the busser/runner, we require
- minimum 2 years experience at a fine dining restaurant (NYT 3 star or Michelin rated)
- attention to detail and perfectionist tendency
- ability to follow instructions without supervision
- excellent, positive attitude, must love hospitality
- dynamic energy
- Excellent English language skills (speaking/reading/writing)
