If you do not have experience in ITALIAN cooking, you will not be considered.
This is a part-time job for weekdays only.
Hours are Tuesdays - Fridays 9 am-3 pm only. This is for a prep and lunch shift.
This is perfect for someone who has a PM job and would like to pick up some extra hours.
You will need to know how to receive deliveries from various purveyors: meat, seafood, and vegetables.
You will need to know how to clean and debone whole chickens; prepare various cuts of meats; preare sauces such as tomato, bolognese, and pink sauce; cook chicken and beef stocks; prepare soups.
A minimum of 3 years in NYC and in a high-paced environment is required.
Hourly rate will range from $22-$26 an hour depending on experience.
