Anchored Inn is a small kitchen crew focusing on Southeast Asian inspired and American cuisine.
The kitchen is open from 12:00pm until 1:30am. Experience with a flat top grill and fryer is a plus. We are looking for open/flexible availabilities and WEEKENDS are a must. PM availability is a must. Part time positions/Ability to cover shifts available.
What we are looking for:
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Cleaning up station and taking care of leftover food
- Stocking inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
