We’re looking for a kitchen manager to lead our tight-knit, diverse, and hard working team. We are a small and strong kitchen and hope to find someone excited to be with us for a long time.
Our ideal candidate is available for full-time employment and has the experience and skill to ensure the BOH and bar teams are set up for a successful service each night. Very competitive rates offered based on experience. Health insurance stipend, paid vacation, and other perks available.
Responsibilities:
- BOH and limited bar prep
- Ensuring that kitchen is ready for service daily
- Ordering
- Ensuring facilities are DOH compliance
- BOH facilities oversight/maintenance
Requirements:
- 2-3 years minimum BOH experience with seafood + oyster shucking experience
- Professional
- Self-driven and curious. Being proactive is a must, as is the ability to maturely receive feedback and directions
- Ambitious, long-term goals in the industry
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and responsibility; ability to maintain excellence in a fast-paced environment
- High standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
- Shucking/seafood skills required

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($22.00 - $28.00)
