Here's what you'll be doing:
Running the kitchen and being the go-to person for all things food-related.
Training and motivating talented kitchen staff.
Getting creative with our menus and inventing new dishes that’ll wow our guests.
Handling inventory and making sure our costs are in check.
Keeping our kitchen clean and safe.
Working with our front-of-house team to make sure every dining experience is perfect.
You're a great fit if you have:
At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, preferably in a busy restaurant.
Serious skills and knowledge in French and Mediterranean cooking.
A friendly, can-do attitude and great leadership skills.
Experience with kitchen management, from ordering to budgeting.
The ability to stay cool under pressure.
A culinary degree or professional training is a bonus, but your experience is what counts most.
