We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and drive our culinary vision forward.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage and inspire a dynamic team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Plan and execute menus that reflect our brand’s unique style and maintain consistency in every dish.
- Handle inventory management, including placing orders and tracking supplies to ensure the kitchen is always stocked.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain up-to-date Food Handlers Certification.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for menu development and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and staff management.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute menus that highlight creativity and high-quality ingredients.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Food Handlers Certificate is a must.
