JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales, Administration and Execution of private client events and strategic in-house events for Chinese Tuxedo, Peachy’s, The Tyger and South Soho Bar. To position Tuxedo Hospitality restaurants and bars as the preferred venue for premium corporate and private events in New York City To be an excellent administrator and multitasker staying organized while juggling multiple client correspondances and tasks. To be an ambassador and champion of team culture and guest experience through coordinating the most seamless event for clients
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and execute event opportunities and administration across all Tuxedo Hospitality Venues, while offering exceptional client liaison and satisfaction. Including but not limited to;
Answering all event inquiries
Executing walkthroughs
Handling contract execution, invoicing and payments
Handling logistics with client, keeping the client the center of most decision making
Acknowledging and responding to client issues and complaints
Updating management (FOH and Kitchen) with BEO’s and ROS’ and key information to prep and run event service
Contribute to the venues and enterprise yearly revenue (determined through appropriate reporting and analysis)
Hitting financial targets
Working alongside venue general managers and peers
Ensure up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the operations and offerings of venues
Update events materials and resources for presentation and distribution to support all aspects of events (internal and external) including venue decks, management reporting, ROS’, BEO’s, proposals and other event documents.
Report monthly on event activities per venue

COMPENSATION
$600.00 weekly salary plus 3% commission on the net sale of the event
Minimum $80,000.00 Annual Salary (Pending Event Sales)

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $100,000.00)
