Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tortilla Maker to join our team for our events at The Shed on the High Line. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be available to work on Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This position involves preparing fresh tortillas and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations during the event.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook tortillas to meet our high-quality standards.
Assist with setting up and breaking down the event space.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
Provide excellent customer service to event attendees.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a successful event.
Requirements:
Experience making tortillas in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
