Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute flawless fine dining events, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction
Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to create memorable experiences
Collaborate with our culinary team to curate bespoke menus that reflect our commitment to excellence
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
Uphold our high standards of quality and service while adhering to budgetary guidelines
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event coordination or a related field, with a passion for creating exceptional experiences
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients and vendors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
