Amazon is looking for a customer obsessed, results-oriented, and innovative individual to join Amazon Fresh as a Sr. Program Manager to lead the evolution of the Vendor Engagement arm of the Vendor Experience team.The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for launching, owning, and continuously improving programs, events, and trainings that are critical for improving vendor satisfaction and Vendor Manager (VM) education. The Sr. PM leads regular touch bases with senior Category Leadership on Fresh, and stakeholders include Vendor Management, Category Management, Instock, Marketing, Amazon Advertising, Merchandising, Catalog, Selection, Pricing, and Promotions.The ideal candidate will have strong customer experience, business acumen, and programming sense. They can operate independently, think strategically, influence without authority, and provide strong customer service support. They must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, analytical talent, and exceptional communications are essential to success in this role.About the teamThe Fresh Vendor Experience team is a small central team responsible for 1) defining, evolving, and socializing the Fresh Annual Vendor Negotiations (AVN) program and 2) building mechanisms for engaging with external partners to ensure transparency, improve, vendor satisfaction, and build vendor trust.Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience

Experience in account management, project/program management, or buying

5+ years of with Excel experience

Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using data to influence business decisions

Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders

Experience with business analysis and P&L management

Experience presenting to senior leadership

The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
