DescriptionThe Amazon Fresh Grocery team is excited to welcome an Instock Manager based in Seattle or NYC. This is a field-based role that requires onsite presence across North America.As an Instock Manager (ISM) within Amazon Fresh Grocery, you'll take on a critical role at the forefront of business planning; overseeing supply chain and inventory management. You will leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and our overall cost to serve. Your leadership will extend domestically across our physical store channels.To be successful in this role, you should feel comfortable using data analytics to influence others. You must be able to build systems and processes that scale as we grow our business. In joining this team, you will have the opportunity to both build and operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.A successful Instock Manager must be highly organized, self-starting and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities. 3+ years of with Excel experience
4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control
Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma

The base pay for this position ranges from $58,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,100/year in our highest geographic market.
