Description A well-established Distribution company is currently seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join its growing NYC team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn alongside a group of talented professionals. Responsibilities of this role will include:
Performing account reconciliations
Supporting general ledger maintenance
Preparing journal entries and assisting with month end close
Handling monthly and quarterly reports
Assisting with customer collections
Handling ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and at least 4 years of experience. Candidate should have advanced knowledge of Excel. This position will go to an analytical thinker, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
