Our Risk Strategy & Governance team plays a key role in managing top-level Risk Governance committees and providing strategic support and insightful analysis for executive updates and deliverables.As a Vice President on the team, you will support a variety of strategic projects that help our senior executives run a best-in-class Risk Management & Compliance organization. You will be responsible for managing monthly leadership meetings, planning executive travel and strategy offsites, and contributing to ongoing analysis and presentations that inform decision-making. In addition to providing executive support, you will help set standards and promote best practices for developing clear, concise, and impactful presentations across Risk Management & Compliance. You will have exposure to a diverse set of topics and risk areas, as well as opportunities to influence strategy, find creative solutions and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Job Responsibilities
Manage the Risk Operating Committee's monthly management team meeting, including developing agendas, working with presenters and coordinating logistics
Organize leadership offsites and travel throughout the year, working in close partnership with colleagues across the globe on end-to-end planning
Prepare impactful presentations and analysis for senior leaders to inform decision-making
Provide coaching and feedback for colleagues across the organization on how to craft strong executive-level presentations
Deliver on a variety of projects and deadlines with a high degree of organization and discipline
Mange a diverse network of stakeholders spanning across levels and businesses/functional groups
Demonstrate exceptional judgement, problem solving skills, and resourcefulness
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum 7 years of professional experience
Bachelor's Degree (or equitable experience)
Has strong project management skills, with an ability to articulate and execute on strategic objectives
Collaborates and communicates effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders
Has experience designing high-quality presentations, including translating complex information into clear, concise and impactful messages
Takes initiative, has a proactive mindset, and drives results independently
Is proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Preferably financial services industry experience
Understands the evolving market and operating environment, including key Risk Management & Compliance concepts
Data visualization skills and familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, SharePoint, etc. a plus
