Role Objectives: Delivery
Assist with the review and approval of new products and initiatives; effectively facilitate product review process and drive go / no-go decisions
Assist and support on new product proposal coordination, alignment, and assessments
Display agility and nuance to manage multiple deadlines across several competing and conflicting deadlines
Knowledge of Product Life Cycle, Credit, Market, Liquidity, Operations, and Finance
Strong technical, and quantitative analysis skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience working with internal and external teams to develop project scope
Ability to follow directions and to self-manage and prepare documentation, while managing assigned teams and projects under tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at various levels
Problem-solving skills in cross functional / matrix environment

Qualifications and Skills
7+ years' work experience in financial services industry with specific experience CFO and CRO functions
Understanding of financial services industry and products (credit, market, liquidity and operational risks) including regulatory best practices
Broad understanding of product-level financial and non-financial risks associated with new products / initiatives and ability to propose solutions
Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative; intellectually curious; excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to break apart issues and come up to speed on new issues, attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate these skills to capture content rich issues and drive complex initiatives; masterful in PowerPoint at distilling, rendering and visualizing complex issues in an accessible manner for executive, senior and technical audiences
Able to proactively work well across functions, ascertain and capture multiple points of view; render information so that it is actionable, and prompt follow up
Strong understanding of program and project management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in new product / business initiative governance and interfacing with multiple cross-functional teams within a Large U.S. Bank or FBO
Prior experience working in management consulting firm a big plus
Must have experience working with timelines and applying project management processes to ensure accurate and on time delivery
