Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Product Support Specialist in the non-profit sector, based in New York City. As a Product Support Specialist, you will have a key role in managing and optimizing our software tools, including Microsoft Intunes, SharePoint, and OneDrive. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Microsoft Intunes, SharePoint and OneDrive Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and seamless operation of software tools Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely customer feedback Use your knowledge of Agile methodologies to improve our software development processes Maintain and update customer records with high accuracy Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed Leverage your skills in Computer Hardware and Microsoft Azure to enhance our systems and processes Process customer credit applications in a precise and efficient manner Develop a deep understanding of our products to better support our customers. Requirements Proficient in Computer Hardware, including installation, troubleshooting and maintenance Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies Skilled in using Microsoft Intune for mobile device management Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and its functionalities Experience with Microsoft Azure, including its deployment and management Ability to provide excellent customer service and product support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively in a team environment Familiarity with the non-profit sector is an asset Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
