The GME Program Manager manages medium to large divisional programs and initiatives, including coordination and collaboration across multiple clinical departments that sponsor physician training programs.
Helps to develop and prioritize new and ongoing administrative initiatives and programs, ensures effective decision making, appropriate accountability and stakeholder engagement.
Help to define the scope, associated deliverables and plans, and organizes meetings.
Responsible for tasks associated within the scope of their functional area as well as thinking strategically about institutional impacts on their future state.
Manage GME affiliation agreement intake process, assess new agreement submissions to determine appropriate workflow, and ensure all documents necessary to facilitate legal review have been obtained.
Review and negotiate GME affiliation agreements, under the supervision of the OGC attorney.
Oversee negotiation process during the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution.
Key Qualifications:
Familiarity with hospital/healthcare environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and analyze/synthesize quantitative and qualitative data
Experience in contract management and/or a PMP certification is good to have
