In addition to overseeing the above-mentioned teams, the role also partners closely with our portfolio business development teams – Global Risk & Economics, Global Trade & Supply Chain, Third-Party Risk & Compliance, and Custom Solutions – to ensure strong execution on go-to-market strategy set by these groups, as well as our Product & Platforms teams to ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in the solutions we build and enhance.Risk & Valuations Services offers a unique suite of content capabilities that enable our clients to analyze global sectors and trends, identify opportunities, manage risk and solve complex problems to make important decisions with confidence. Responsibilities and Impact:The Head of Solutions & Implementation plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experience for our $390M business. Specifically, this role oversees teams of product specialists and solutions engineers that engage with prospective and renewing accounts; customer success teams that drive strong, proactive and ongoing engagement with clients; strategic engagement teams that leverage our expert content to support the interests and needs of our customer base; and go-to-market operations teams that help execute our business development strategy across all parts of the portfolio.
Serve on GI’s leadership team to ensure important initiatives are executed in a timely and efficient manner
Work closely with the sales specialist and retention Revenue teams to ensure commercial initiatives are closely aligned with business goals
Build, monitor and maintain an efficient program of customer engagement from pre-sales through implementation and throughout the client cycle that provides transparency into the customer journey for all teams and functions within the GI business line
Work with our Insights & Analysis teams to leverage our subject matter experts appropriately as a central element of our proprietary offering
Compensation/Benefits InformationS&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $176,306 to $230,000. 15+ years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles; Sales experience preferred
Proven experience in operations and strategy, preferably in a senior leadership role or with senior leadership as primary sponsors
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
Honed interpersonal skills with an exceptional ability to influence
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally
