At Chase Media Solutions, the Chief of Staff acts as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, delivering essential strategic and operational support to a fast-growing organization. In this capacity, the Chief of Staff collaborates closely with the CEO to prioritize and articulate the executive agenda, offering insights and recommendations grounded in a comprehensive analysis and understanding of the company's operations and market landscape.Additionally, the Chief of Staff is responsible for managing special projects and initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic goals. This role is vital in representing the business, serving as a liaison and advocate both within the company and in external engagements.Since its launch in April 2024, Chase Media Solutions has established itself as a leading financial media network disrupting the traditional media industry, backed by the largest US bank. The Chief of Staff will join a high-performing team in a fast-moving environment and play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of growth for the business.Job Responsibilities:

Advise the Head of Offers and Shopping and senior management team in all aspects of the business, including strategy, people and performance

Develop and deliver executive-level narratives, deliverables and analyses to articulate strategic direction, business execution and performance

Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner for senior leaders, guiding strategic thinking and identifying new opportunities to deliver value to clients and customers

Prioritize investment spend and product roadmap to grow the franchise and align with Firmwide objectives

Develop defensible business cases and return on investment models, to prioritize opportunity set and optimize financial outcomes

Coach and develop junior talent while providing oversight and guidance to high-priority projects

Partner with Legal, Risk, Controls and Compliance to ensure business adherence to JPMC standards

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

6+ years in management consulting, sales / go-to-market strategy, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles

1+ years of experience leading teams

Fluency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

An outstanding ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative and analytical approaches

Excellent communication (oral and written) and the ability to confidently work well in cross-functional teams

Interpersonal leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to present to and interact with senior business executives

Entrepreneurial and a self-starter, with demonstrated ability to proactively address issues and deliver results within a condensed timeframe

Preferred

2+ years working experience in ad tech, media platforms or digital advertising
