Morgan Private Bank. We are looking for a savvy and collaborative senior associate to join our growing marketing team to accelerate the digital launch of J.P. Morgan Private Client. You will work with multiple groups, diving deep into the end-to-end creative execution of digital experiences on jpmorgan.com.You have experience leading and executing multiple, complex marketing initiatives that support the customer journey with the goal to acquire new clients and deepen client engagement. You will execute initiatives including but not limited to: the development of new digital experiences across jpmorgan.com, new capabilities and functionalities across digital. This role will work to ensure the digital experience is client centric from start to finish.As a member of this new team you will be a part of establishing a new banking model for J.P. Morgan Chase - a leading global financial services firm. You will have the opportunity to partner with teams across the firm to establish the Marketing strategy for a new model focused on serving affluent clients.Job Responsibilities:
Collaboration with marketing strategy managers to identify opportunities, strengthen the client experience strategy and establish the framework for measurement and reporting across our jpmorgan.com ecosystem
Management of multiple marketing initiatives working across multi-functional teams, such as:
Internal and external agencies for creative development
Research teams for client feedback and insights
Content team for editorial and brand voice
Search Engine Optimization team for enhancing and optimizing the search authority of pages
Technology teams for capability integration and execution
Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Teams
Effectively and efficiently working within multiple partners, systems and processes throughout creative development to ensure proper approvals and controls required for a successful launch
Using best practices, test results, customer journey mapping and search engine optimization learnings to optimize and elevate the customer experience
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Strong knowledge of and 2+ years of experience in direct marketing and/or project management is required
Agency/vendor management skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
Agile and resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and work within multiple systems and processes simultaneously
Highly organized with an ability to foresee and understand implications and downstream impacts
Team player working with multiple teams; has a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on constant improvement
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Digital experience preferred
Specific experience in financial services including wealth management marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plus
