As a Product Marketing Associate on the Digital Private Markets team, you'll be joining a fast-paced, agile marketing team working on an exciting platform transforming the private markets space. This candidate will be responsible for driving the day-to-day development, execution, and maintenance of product marketing related activities for the Capital Connect platform such as monthly release communications, feature improvements/education, and the overall user journey. You will have the opportunity to work cross functionally to achieve well defined business goals, grow and develop as our platform expands, and help build and refine an ever-evolving marketing strategy.Job responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day development, execution, and maintenance of product marketing related activities for the Capital Connect platform such as monthly release communications, feature improvements, and member activation, retention, and education.

Improve and maintain clear customer journeys and user touches in collaboration with other teams to ensure the value proposition, audience, message, and persona strategies are clearly organized, communicated, and executed correctly

Work in partnership with internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, Content & Events, Business Operations, and Product to streamline processes and identify gaps in customer journey

Help manage retention strategy including nudges to the platform, re-engagement campaign strategy, and content distribution

Assist with sales enablement through updated collateral, talking points, and refining our value props

Write and review product and email copy to ensure overall voice and tone are consistent

Streamline and optimize product education both internally and to our user audience

Maintain end-to-end accountability and organization of product related marketing activity (including activation & engagement)

Collaborate with additional team members to actively report on relevant Product Marketing efforts and identify opportunities for improvement/growth

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

4+ years of experience in a marketing, product marketing, or related role

A track-record of product marketing delivery and execution across multiple channels in a fast-paced, agile environment

Experience developing and executing customer lifecycle strategies

A creative, collaborative, and proactive mindset, with the ability to think critically and quickly respond and adapt ideas to serve both product and marketing goals

The ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and draw them together to achieve a common goal

Excellent organization and communication developed in a fast-paced, digital-first environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

A background in finance, fintech, and/or b2b marketing

Experience using marketing automation tools, reporting and analytics programs, and navigating CRMs

Experience using CMS tools and developing engaging content/retention strategies

Experience executing toward KPIs and ability to communicate results back to stakeholders

The ability to be results focused, uncovering insights from multiple data sources and ensuring that campaign metrics are communicated back to the business in well-structured reports that provide actionable insight and future direction
