We value controls, simplicity, and consistency in the capabilities and features we deliver.As a Senior Product Associate in Banking Payments you will be joining a high visibility product team responsible for maintaining a strong controls environment, responding to Audit and Regulatory inquiries, developing and maintaining end-to-end product processes and driving change. You will be working cross-functionally with several partners to deliver on product initiative presentations to drive decision making on areas of opportunity and investment.Job Responsibilities

Communicate Strategic Initiatives to senior leadership team in the Payments organization; including developing executive level presentations on one pagers of product strategy, priorities, and impact

Define standard business practices that can be adopted by our large and complex organization and lead the execution through completion

Storytelling through compelling presentations; candidate will help research vague ideas and help transform findings into concise reports that will be reviewed with senior leaders

Lead strategic initiatives that impact one or more area product groups and be the liaison to connect the work needed across all payment products and support areas

Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams to evaluate strategy options, synthesize complex information and prepare decks for executive leadership for key initiatives

Help to drive agility, consistency, and a sound controls environment across the Product Groups and Payments APGS - work through changes within the agility controls organization

Synthesize product performance in light of competitive dynamics and trends, customer perception and behavior, and transaction patterns in partnership with Analytics

Partner with Finance for overall budget management, business case development and headcount to ensure we are optimizing value for investments and addressing hiring gaps across all Area Product Groups

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Minimum 3+ years of investment banking, business management and/or consulting experience

Understanding of Product Management methodologies recommended - especially in an Agile environment

Written and verbal communicator with organizational and presentation skills

Familiarity with Product Objectives & Key Results and quantifying targets and results

Experience with stakeholder management

Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

JIRA and Confluence familiarity

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
