Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Communication Specialist based in New York, New York. This role is within a benefits company and will primarily focus on supporting open enrollment for benefits. This will involve close collaboration with the marketing team, and the use of various content tools to customize materials for enrollments and event promotions.Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote open enrollment activities Assist in creating new materials for benefits, fairs, and ramp-up work Handle administrative tasks, including setting up webinars Help in creating content using tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, and InDesign Contribute to the design and production of brochures and one-pagers for events and enrollments Enhance brand awareness through various digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Participate in campaign planning and execution Utilize EO/IR systems and databases to manage and track tasks and projects Ensure all communications and branded content are in line with company guidelines and standards. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Database management Experience with EO/IR systems Knowledge and experience with Facebook Insights Ability to utilize Instagram for business purposes Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional networking tool Proven track record in increasing Brand Awareness Experience in creating effective Brochures Proficiency in Campaign Planning and execution Strong Design skills, particularly in a digital context Experience in creating and managing Digital campaigns Ability to create compelling Branded Content Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of the latest trends in communication and digital media spaces Ability to analyze data and metrics and make decisions based on those insights Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in corporate communications Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is required.
