Morgan Advisors, you will be a crucial part of a newly recruited Financial Advisor(s) team. Your role will involve actively transitioning their clients and business from their previous firm. You will be extensively involved with the Financial Advisor and client contact and will be involved in all activities that touch prospective or existing clients of the newly recruited Advisor and support team. You will be a day-to-day training resource to the new Financial Advisors and their existing support staff around J.P. Morgan Advisors procedures, systems, and best practices. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate client needs, and contribute to the success of the team.Job Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between the sales team, branch management, compliance and supervisory teams, client onboarding, and various other business units throughout the firm.

Partner with Client Onboarding Group on account opening process for all new clients (brokerage, managed, credit, and deposits). Includes managing, and tracking, the flow of outgoing and incoming client account opening documentation, reviewing client documentation for accuracy and completeness, and other collection of account-specific information, while operating within compliance with regulatory procedures.

Review client account activity on a daily basis to ensure overall accuracy, ACAT processing, proper settlement of transactions, and reconciliation of sales credits and fees.

Train new support team to perform account maintenance including money transfer requests, address changes, etc.

Complete ad hoc, Financial Advisor and client-related projects as needed.

Potentially serve as informal "team lead" for an onboarding effort, responsible for reporting, executive summaries, etc.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Series 7, 66 and SIE licenses required within 120 days from start

Ability to travel domestically, up to 75%, and for extended periods of time is required

Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently in a high-pressure environment

Works well in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to proactively recognize and anticipate client needs

Demonstrate proactive follow-up and follow through on a task from start to finish

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide financial solutions

Highly proficient user of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

10 plus years of financial services experience preferred
