Description Robert Half is actively searching for a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join an innovative team. As the Accounts Payable Specialist, your duties will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. Help with internal and external audits as required
Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department
Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily
Produce full-cycle A/P
Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time
Perform special projects as assigned
Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs
Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling
Requirements - Comprehensive knowledge of Blackbaud
Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred
2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
