Intermediate Designer/Detailer
TONAB Architecture is currently looking for an Intermediate Architectural Designer to work full-time with our New York City team.
We are looking for a designer with experience with Architecture in all phases of a project with a focus on Construction Documents.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a design team working on a large, complex public project.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with days in the office and one work-from-home day.
Work can start immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have the following:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in large complex projects.
· Knowledge of construction drawing sets, detailing, and building materials.
· Ability to communicate efficiently and work in a team environment.
· Professional experience working with Revit.
· Must know Revit and BIM Collaborate Pro.
