S. Wieder Architects PC are seeking Project Architect / Project Manager full time to join our Firm. The candidate is expected to contribute from schematic design through the construction document phases.

Objectives of this Role
Provide opportunities for education and mentorship, fostering a network of expertise across the firm
Contribute to strong, reliable teams, capable of delivering the most challenging projects in the industry
Provide technical leadership for a variety of projects across each practice area in the office
Coordinate the efforts of technical staff in each of the following areas:
Meetings with Project, Studio, and Firm Leadership
Standards, Best Practices, Training, Demonstrations and Presentations
Initiatives
Mentoring and Professional Development Program sessions with team members
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Establish goals and project plans to support projects throughout the firm
Work with office, studio and project leadership to ensure a well-planned and strategic work plan for projects
Orchestrate the work of project teams focused on design, development, and delivery of outstanding solutions for clients and projects
Provide leadership and direction from the initial business development and marketing stages through completion of construction and installation
Work directly with the client, team members, and a wide range of consultants and collaborators both internal and external
Build and sustain client relationships
Monitor and report on progress in completing projects and accomplishing goals
Establish, communicate and interpret changes in codes, policies, procedures and other related matters
Work with BIM and architectural management teams to develop a methodology for delivering construction-ready models, including production manual and model templates
Work with BIM, digital design and architectural management teams to develop a comprehensive set of protocols and best practices for the firm
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in architecture, or related field of study from an accredited institution of higher education
3+ years working for a corporate architecture firm, working on a range of project scales
Highly developed technical competency in Revit and other related design software
The ability to effectively contribute to user guides and technical documentation
Ability to apply new ideas and thoughts to challenging situations
Ability to effectively lead cross-disciplinary teams across multiple time zones
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in architecture, or related field of study from an accredited institution of higher education
