Get involved, hands-on, in the design and production of challenging assignments on public buildings and educational facilities. Your responsibilities:
Participate, collaborate, and expand your experience in the design and production of multiple projects at all design and project administration phases.
Participate in project administration, site meetings, observe and document progress and quality of construction work.
Use your personal and graphic skills to communicate ideas to in-house staff, consultants, and clients.
You must:
Have 2-5 years USA professional experience.
Be interested in assuming and taking on responsibilities.
Be highly motivated and able to work as part of a team and independently.
Have knowledge of NYC codes and zoning.
Be Autocad proficient and computer literate. 3D skills are a definite plus.
Possess exemplary verbal and writing skills.
Have experience in design, detailing and construction administration.
Be a US citizen or be permitted to work in the USA
